Where we ship

We ship within South Africa only.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment reflects in our bank account.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or South African public holidays.
  • EFT/bank transfers are processed once funds reflect (instant EFT clears faster than standard interbank transfers).

Delivery timeframes

  • Standard courier delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and payment has reflected.
  • Outlying or remote areas (including security estates, farms, mines) may require additional transit time.
  • Timeframes are estimates. Weather, strikes, load-shedding, peak season volumes and courier routing may cause delays outside our control.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. A surcharge may apply for outlying/remote areas; you will be notified before dispatch if applicable.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is booked with the courier.
  • Tracking may take a few hours to update after creation.

Delivery requirements

  • Delivery is to a physical street address only. No P.O. Boxes or Post Office counters.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address, complex/estate name, unit number, gate codes and phone number are accurate and complete.
  • A signature may be required. If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), risk transfers to you once the parcel is left at the address.

Missed deliveries & redelivery

Couriers typically attempt delivery 1–2 times. If delivery fails due to no access, no answer or incorrect details, redelivery/return fees may apply and are for the customer’s account.

Address changes & order edits

  • Address changes can be made before dispatch only.
  • Once dispatched, parcels cannot be rerouted. Cancellation after dispatch is handled as a return (refer to our Returns Policy, if applicable).

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. For damages, shortages or incorrect items, email buylipolab@gmail.com within 48 hours and include clear photos of the outer carton, inner packaging and product labels.

Lost or severely delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a courier investigation. Replacement or refund outcomes depend on the investigation results and courier liability terms.

Split shipments

To deliver sooner or due to warehouse availability, orders may ship in multiple parcels. Separate tracking numbers will be supplied if applicable.

Public holidays & peak periods

During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday and December holidays) processing and transit times may be longer.

Risk of loss

Risk passes to the customer on delivery to the address provided (or when ATL is applied). Title passes upon full payment.
