What it is

How to use

• PM (recommended): Apply to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently in circular motions for 1–2 minutes using damp fingers, leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow with your moisturiser.
• AM (if used daytime): Use the same application, then follow with a broad‑spectrum SPF—exfoliation can increase skin’s sensitivity to the sun.
• Frequency: 1–2 times per week, or as tolerated by your skin.
