• PM: Cleanse, apply 2–3 drops of serum, then use your usual moisturiser. If using stronger actives (retinol, acids), introduce products gradually and avoid layering them directly together.
• Allow each layer to absorb before applying the next. If irritation occurs, reduce frequency or stop and consult a clinician.
