What it is

How to use

• PM (recommended): Cleanse, apply a small amount to dry skin, massage gently avoiding the eye area, leave on for the time indicated on the pack, then rinse thoroughly and follow with a hydrating moisturiser.
• AM: Not required every morning. If used the previous night, cleanse as normal and apply a daytime moisturiser and broad‑spectrum SPF.
• Always perform a patch test before first use. After daytime exposure or daytime use, apply an appropriate SPF.
• Typical frequency: 2–3 nights per week; reduce use if skin feels sensitive.
