How to use

• PM (recommended): Cleanse, apply a thin layer to the face with a pad or fingertips avoiding the eye area, wait a couple of minutes, then follow with a hydrating serum or moisturiser.
• AM: If used in the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF—exfoliated skin is more sun-sensitive.
• Build tolerance: Start 2–3 nights per week and increase frequency as your skin allows.
