Designed as a two-part routine, Lamelle Nia-Sol Capsules & Gel combines an oral supplement with a topical gel to support recovery and resilience in skin affected by regular UV exposure. It is suitable for people with sun-prone or sensitive complexions who want to add targeted internal and external support to their daily skin care.

What it is

How to use

• AM: Take one capsule with breakfast. Apply a thin layer of gel to exposed areas after cleansing. Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF if you will be outdoors — see our recommended SPF.
• PM: Take one capsule with your evening meal if advised by your clinician. Apply gel to target areas after cleansing to support overnight recovery.
• Use consistently for the recommended duration. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking regular medication, consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement.

• Nicotinamide — supports cellular maintenance and helps the skin manage daily environmental stressors.
• Pycnogenol® — an antioxidant botanical used to help protect skin structures from oxidative challenges.
• Vitamin D3 — contributes to normal cellular function and barrier support.

What to expect
