How to use

• AM: Apply generously to all exposed body areas at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Ensure even coverage on shoulders, arms, legs, ears and neck.
• Reapply: Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, heavy sweating or towelling to maintain the SPF level.
• PM: After a day in the sun, cleanse and moisturise as usual to restore hydration. Use an after-sun product for any redness or irritation.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse with water if product gets into them.

Reminder: For daytime routines, always include a high-factor sunscreen in exposed areas.
