How to use

• AM: Start with clean skin, apply a light serum or moisturiser, then use the roller for 3–5 minutes with gentle upward and outward strokes. Finish with your daytime moisturiser and a broad‑spectrum SPF.
• PM: After cleansing and applying any treatment serums or oils, roll for 5–10 minutes to help relax facial muscles and aid product penetration. Use lighter pressure around the eye area.
• Technique tips: Move from the centre of the face outward (cheeks to hairline, under-eye to temple, jawline to ear) and along the neck toward the collarbone to encourage drainage.
