How to use

AM routine

• Wet the cloth with warm water until soft.
• Apply your usual cleanser to the cloth or to the face, then move the cloth in gentle circular or upward motions for 30–90 seconds.
• Rinse skin and pat dry. Follow with your serums and moisturiser, then apply SPF before sun exposure.

PM routine

• Wet the cloth and use with your evening cleanser to remove makeup, sunscreen and grime.
• Gently exfoliate the face for 1–2 minutes, rinse skin, then continue with night products.

Tip: Use 2–3 times per week if your skin is sensitive; daily use is typically suitable for oilier complexions.
