NeoStrata® Facial Cleanser is a soap‑free, creamy gel designed for daily use on sensitive, dry, mature or redness‑prone skin. It cleanses without stripping, removes makeup and sunscreen, and uses a gentle polyhydroxy acid (PHA) to support surface exfoliation while helping skin feel comfortable and hydrated.

What it is

How to use

• AM: Wet face with lukewarm water, dispense a small amount, massage gently over face and neck for about 30–60 seconds, then rinse and pat dry. Follow with moisturiser and daytime SPF.
• PM: Use to remove makeup, sunscreen and daily grime. Massage on damp skin and rinse thoroughly. Follow with targeted serums or moisturiser as needed.
• For makeup removal, you can use this as a single cleanse or as the second step in a double‑cleanse routine. Avoid contact with eyes; if product enters the eye, rinse well with water.

Why it works

• Gluconolactone (PHA): A gentle exfoliant that supports removal of dead skin cells while being less likely to cause irritation than stronger acids.
• Panthenol (Pro‑Vitamin B5): Helps the skin retain moisture and can contribute to a soothed feel after cleansing.
