How to use

• PM (recommended): Wet face with lukewarm water, dispense a small pump of foam, massage gently for about 60 seconds avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a moisturiser suited to your skin.
• AM (if you choose daytime use): Use briefly in the morning and always follow with broad‑spectrum SPF as chemical exfoliants can increase sun sensitivity.
• Introduce gradually (every second night) if you are new to glycolic acid; increase frequency as tolerated.
