How to use

• AM: Cleanse, swipe one pad over face and neck avoiding eye area, follow with moisturiser and finish with SPF for daytime protection — use the SPF link for a recommended option: SPF.
• PM: Cleanse, apply one pad over face and neck, then layer a moisturiser or treatment as usual. Do not rinse.
• Frequency: start 2–3 times per week and increase gradually as tolerated. Do not use on broken or sunburnt skin.
