What it is

How to use

• AM: Wet face with lukewarm water, massage a small amount into the skin for around 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with your moisturiser and finish with SPF.
• PM: Use to remove sunscreen, light makeup and daily grime. Massage into damp skin, rinse and follow with active serums or a moisturiser.
• If you use this in the daytime, finish with a broad‑spectrum SPF to protect newly exposed skin layers.
• Frequency: most people start with daily or every-other-day use and adjust based on skin tolerance.

Why it works

• Gluconolactone (a polyhydroxy acid) — gently loosens and removes dull surface cells with lower irritation risk than stronger acids.
• Maltobionic acid — helps retain moisture and supports a comfortable skin barrier during exfoliation.
• Aloe vera, cucumber & chamomile — plant extracts chosen to calm and refresh the skin after cleansing.
