NeoStrata Targeted Clarifying Gel is a lightweight spot treatment designed for oily and acne-prone skin. It is intended to reduce the appearance of individual blemishes, help keep pores clear and control excess oil without leaving a greasy residue.

What it is

How to use

• AM – Cleanse, pat skin dry, apply a small amount directly onto the blemish or oily zones. Allow to dry, then follow with a non‑comedogenic moisturiser and a broad‑spectrum SPF for daytime protection.
• PM – Cleanse, apply spot treatment to affected areas only, then finish with your usual moisturiser. Do not use as an all‑over mask.
• Reduce frequency if you experience dryness. Always allow the gel to dry before layering other products.

Why it works

• Salicylic acid – helps exfoliate inside the pore and can reduce oil build-up where blemishes form.
• Pro‑vitamin A (retinol) – supports skin renewal and can help improve the appearance of texture over time.
• NeoHydroxy™ Complex (mandelic, tartaric, citric acids) – encourages gentle cell turnover and helps smooth skin surface.
• Mandelic acid – a milder AHA that can help with exfoliation while being relatively gentle on sensitive skin.

What to expect

• Some users notice reduced redness and fewer pustules within a few weeks; improvements in texture and fewer new breakouts commonly appear over 2–4 weeks with consistent use.
• Mild dryness or flaking can occur initially; adjust frequency if needed.
